I've had really good Qdoba, and really bad. This is the really bad Qdoba. Food is either cold or burned. While the staff are nice, that's the only redeeming factor. The last time I was here my tortilla was stale. Also the bathroom is filthy!!!!

now this is real fast food for mexican / love this place they use real ground sirlion for their Taco's and the chicken is cooked right in front of you yummy ...stay away from nasty Taco Bell unless you like Scrap Meat from the Cow and all the GMO's and the filler's in what you call food lol

After having a few colleagues recommend this place, I gave it a shot last week. Have to say I was sadly disappointed. I tried the Poblano Pesto Burrito which sounded so incredibly promising and interesting. And I guess it was tasty, but either someone skipped a step (cooking after assembling) or I'm missing the point, because i was none too pleased with my cold burrito. The chicken was barely lukewarm and the rest of it (beans and rice included) was as cold as if it had just come straight out of the refrigerator. I'm not usually a stickler for the temperature of food, but this was a rare occasion that it was so noticeable that it ruined the meal. I also ordered a side of guacamole and chips. They were a little (okay, a lot) too heavy-handed on the salt on both. I'm a little bummed because it seems like Qdoba's menu has some interesting flavor combinations, and the staff was exceptionally nice, but you won't find me back here again. For just about the same price (actually, a little less), I'd recommend Salsaritas just around the corner. Same type of food except, you know - hot, like cooked food should be.

My boyfriend and I are sort of regulars here. We'll stop here for a bite to eat before going grocery shopping at the nearby Meijer, but then be stuffed so full that we decide we'll just grocery shop some other time. This happens almost everytime. Someday we will learn. It's a chain burrito place, so it's not anything crazy amazing, but it's good and the ingredients always seem pretty fresh. Depending on who's working will depend on how your burrito is made though. I'm most familiar with the workers on the evening shift. Most of the people seem to make the burritos pretty good and full with plenty of meat but there is a tall black girl who seems to put the bare minimum of everything on the burritos, so if she is working you may want to specify you'd like bigger scoops. The very first time we went here, we went during the day and there was a man working(the only man I've ever seen working here) and he was literally the friendliest man to ever exist. Friendly people working in food service is a rarity around these parts. The workers here are always friendly though, and recognize us as regulars now which is always nice in a place you go often. We've also been there on nights where they pass out samples of their soup and what not to all the people dining in which is cool and gave us a chance to try to other menu items we probably wouldn't of ever thought to try. It's a chain joint so don't expect anything mind blowing. When you accept what it is, it's tasty and the people are super friendly.

I had no idea there was a Qdoba in my neck of the woods, or this wouldn't have been my first time. It's a typical Qdoba, so nothing especially fantastic, but certainly pretty good for what it is, I think. A little echo-y in the place, but it's not that big of a deal. Service was very fast and friendly, no complaints at all there.

Ate huge burrito full of rice and corn. There was touch of beef. Just a touch. Where is the beef ??? Will not recommend this place

This is my preferred Qdoba. The employees are always friendly when we walk in and make our food exactly how we want it. Everything on the line looks fresh and tastes great. If you sign up for a Qdoba Rewards card, you'll get points each time you purchase a meal that will eventually accumulate you a free entree. I love when places offer useful rewards! If you're feeling sweets, they have brownies and cookies by the register. I tested both (you know, for Yelp review purposes...) and they're decent for restaurant sweets. Their chocolate chip cookie is pretty decadent. I prefer Qdoba over the other similar chain that shall not be named. They have a spacious dining room that the employees work hard to keep clean. This is a great location with friendly and efficient staff that create delicious, flavorful meals.

Surprising. Very clean, extremely hospitable and helpful staff, and great food. I'm definitely going to be frequenting this location more often. It isn't often that you find a great combination of traits in a sorta fast food place. Killer.

Had to write a review based on the awesomeness of the staff! So friendly and positive. And as I read other reviews I see that this is not a fluke. Great customer service.

You KNOW what you are going to get at Qdoba. The only question that comes to mind when reviewing Qdoba is the service. This location is without a question has the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. Formal greetings, smiles on faces, prompt service, and packed burritos. My favorite lunch location and will remain that way as long as I work in the area!

I went to Qdoba for the first time a few weeks ago, and now I'm hooked. I've definitely become a regular patron here. The Craft 2 menu options are great--you get smaller portions of 2 entree choices. The staff here is the friendliest and most outgoing I've ever seen in food service, especially fast food. Next time you're about to eat at Taco Bell across the street, go to Qdoba instead. You'll be glad you did.

Attempted to eat here in November 2012. I love Qdoba, but this place was an exception. They keep recycling the meat, and after long periods of time the meat at the bottom of the containers is literally burned to a crisp. I was waiting in line eagerly hoping for a new container to appear so I could get served chicken that wasn't burned beyond recognition. Sure enough!!! A person appeared with a new container of chicken just as my turn was coming to order. However the manager-typer person who was working the line took the disgusting burned remnants of the previous container of chicken and dumped it into the incoming chicken, mixing burned crap all through the chicken. that explained why each meat I saw was partially filled with disgusting burned food. I chose not to eat there , and would definately not return.

Have tried numerous menu items here and have always thought they were pretty good for a fast casual burrito joint. The pork is uasually my go to meat choice, and it always tender with good flavor.

White rice in a burrito? What's the opposite of "Mmmmmmmmm?"

Delicious food! Love this place has yummy queso, recently relocated from California -I will be coming there again to keep getting my burrito fix. I also received a free drink my first time going there. The employees were also very nice in explaining the different levels of sauces/quesos.

Got a Burrito Bowl. As I was going through the line the employees just rushed putting everything into the bowl and when asked for more chicken... The employee responded rudely and said it was already a scoop in there, when there clearly wasn't. As I moved up the line the servers were spilling ingredients half in the bowl and half on the floor. I got charged for double chicken and I was excited guac was free but I didn't know they charged more now. Bad experience.

I went in for a quick bite between appointments and saw a sign advertising their new specialty tacos. I ordered the "Slow & Low" taco and it was Fantastic!!! However, I wasn't aware these style tacos were individual and priced per taco....ouch. FYI, each one is just shy of $4 for a 2 bite taco. I highly recommend, just keep your debit card handy.

i had to come write a review for this location because the service here was spectacular. i have never gone to any place like this where the workers actually seem happy to service their customers. the girls behind the counter made plenty of suggestions, and they made sure to ask tons of questions to make sure that i got the full customization of the qdoba experience. i was not expecting much coming here, i figure fast food is fast food. i eat qdoba every so often, so i figured it would be the typical experience. but the workers here really went the extra mile to make sure everyone was satisfied. one of the girls even came from behind the counter to check on everyone, and make sure the food was good. the people sitting behind me ordered the queso diablo on their food, and they said it was a little too spicy. the worker went behind the counter and grabbed the customer a container of regular queso to balance out the spiciness. i thought that was excellent! this just goes to show that there are people out here that still know how to provide great customer service. i'm not sure how qdoba trains their workers, but it sure works out in their favor! great job guys!

This is my go to lunch place when I have time between my classes. The service is quick and smooth. Most of the servers here are extremely nice; however, some of them don't even say hello when starting your order. The food here is like any other Qdoba, and the prices are reasonable for the portions.

Best service of any fast casual restaurant I've ever experienced. Whatever they're doing it is working.

You already know it's a Qdoba.. So as for the specifics of this location; The service here is always excellent. The enthusiastic general manager seems to be there almost all the time, and appears to run a tight ship. The girl behind the counter last time told me that they named a burrito after him (it has a combo of the queso and BBQ sauces, and it rocks). The reason it gets 3 stars is the freshness of some of the meat. I know it's cooked there.. But to me that gives you less of an excuse for having dry meat. Ever. Just make less, and cook more when it will soon be needed.

Stopped here to pick up dinner after being at the office. Other reviewers are right- their staff is VERY nice and accomodating. Everything I mentioned was followed by a "Yes m'am" which was definitely an unexpected surprise. Their to-go packaging is sturdy, so I made it all the way home without anything exploding in the bag :) Although my true love when it comes to made-on-a-line burritos stores goes to Chipotle, I don't mind stopping here if we are in the area!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
